When you submit the assessment form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in — your name, company or venue, city, number of machines needed, an email or phone number to reach you, and any additional details you add. We also record which page you submitted from and, if you arrived via a tracked link, the campaign parameters (UTM values or a Google Ads click ID) that tell us how you found the site. We do not ask for or store any payment details on this site.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about the service you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may use a customer-relationship-management tool to organize incoming requests and, since you are contacting us to be reached about your inquiry, to follow up with you.
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MQQNGFTV) to manage analytics tags on this site, Yandex Metrica to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed and general on-site behavior — and Roistat for visit analytics. Google Analytics, if enabled, is loaded through Tag Manager. When you submit the assessment form, Roistat also passes your submission to our CRM through its AmoCRM integration, so our team can follow up — the same use described above under "How we use it." Beyond that delivery, the only anonymous, non-PII signal any of these tools receive on their own is a lead_accepted event carrying the page name and an internal lead id.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to service your account. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
